At Sneaker Streaks, every pair of shoes is a unique piece of wearable art. Because our sneakers are hand-painted and customized specifically for you, our fulfillment process involves a careful crafting period before your order is handed over to the courier.

1. The Custom Crafting Process (Made-to-Order)

We do not hold pre-made stock. Once you place an order, your sneakers enter production:

  • Each pair is individually prepared, hand-painted, and finished with a professional waterproof protective coating to ensure durability.

  • This artistic process ensures top-tier quality, but it does mean your shoes require a little time to perfect before they can safely be boxed and shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable courier services to get your custom kicks to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Total delivery time includes both our crafting time and courier transit time.

📦 Standard Shipping (FREE for a Limited Time)

  • Delivery Timeline: 5 to 7 business days.

  • Cost: Free (under our current limited-time promotion).

⚡ Express Shipping

Need your custom sneakers faster? We offer an expedited rush option where our artists prioritize your order and send it via express courier.

  • Same City Delivery: Guaranteed within 3 business days.

  • Other Cities Delivery: 5 to 6 business days.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your hand-painted sneakers leave our studio, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your courier tracking number. You can use this link to track your parcel's journey in real-time.

4. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we always aim to meet our delivery windows, unexpected courier delays (due to weather, festive holidays, or high order volumes) can occasionally happen. If your package is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us at info@sneakerstreaks.com, and we will track it down for you.
